This notice explains how Jakoma uses personal data. It is written for website visitors, prospective clients, customers, families making Independent Living enquiries, landlords, hosts, suppliers and professional contacts.

Jakoma is the controller for personal data collected through this website, enquiry forms, email, calls and service delivery unless a written proposal or contract says otherwise. For privacy questions, contact support@jakoma.org.

- Independent Living Tech information, which may include household context, accessibility needs, support needs, device preferences and relevant property details;
- website and analytics information, such as pages visited, referral source and consent preference, where analytics cookies are accepted;
- communications records, such as emails, form submissions, call notes and project messages.
3. How we use personal data
- to respond to enquiries and provide information about Jakoma services;
- to prepare proposals, quotes, statements of work and service recommendations;
- to deliver consultancy, analytics, automation, assurance, home technology or property technology services;
