No. Jakoma helps with practical technology setup and handover. It does not manage bookings, cleaning, guest disputes or platform operations.
Can you help before launch?
Yes. Smart Stay is useful before a property goes live because access, Wi-Fi, guest guidance and protection technology can be planned early.
Are devices included?
No, unless agreed in writing. The package price covers practical setup and guidance; devices, subscriptions and supplier costs are separate.
Do you cover wider Northern Ireland?
Standard local work is Banbridge + approximately 30 miles. Wider NI jobs may be possible where the project value and travel make sense.
